Mindfulness is an evidence-based approach for treating ADHD in children and adults, and can increase executive function skills while improving self-esteem. Mindfulness helps individuals develop greater awareness of their thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations. It increases present moment awareness and supports emotional regulation and self-compassion.

Child Therapy
Treatment provides a supportive, developmentally appropriate space where children ages 3 and older can express emotions, build coping skills, and navigate behavioral or emotional challenges. Therapy often incorporates play, creative activities, and parent involvement to help children develop better tools for managing emotional distress, life stressors, and navigating relationships.

Parent/ Caregiver Coaching and Family Therapy

Dialectical Behavior Therapy
Evidenced-based treatment for building skills of mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, distress tolerance, and emotion regulation. Treatment includes weekly individual therapy, weekly group therapy, and phone coaching between sessions.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy Prolonged Exposure
Evidenced-based treatment for PTSD. Individuals struggling with symptoms of PTSD learn how to identify, process, and effectively manage their trauma responses. Treatment includes twice weekly individual therapy and phone coaching between sessions.

Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD
Evidence-based treatment which helps clients gradually face fears whiel resisting compulsive behaviors and reassurance seeking. ERP helps reduce the power of obsessions, build tolerance for uncerntainty and distress, and increase confidence in responding to OCD differently.
